The property is conveniently located near Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course, Splashdown Waterpark, shopping centers, fitness facilities, and only 16 blocks from the US border town of Point Roberts (remember to bring your passports).

The nearby Ladner fishing community hosts charming summer markets along the Fraser River and features the Reifel Bird Sanctuary, free boat launches, kayaking, and water skiing opportunities. The Victoria Ferry terminal is a mere 5-minute drive away.

Centennial Beach, just 1km away, is one of the Lower Mainland's premier family-friendly recreational destinations, featuring extensive sandy beachfront, a restaurant, play area, beach volleyball courts, tennis facilities, softball fields, mountain bike trails, and a sandbar stretching offshore up to half a mile with warm waters and soft sand. Our house recreation kit includes beach essentials plus six mountain bikes, basketball, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. The Tsawwassen beaches are also renowned as top windsurfing destinations, with charter fishing available in nearby Ladner.
